Our Story

With the home birth of our healthy baby girl, a lot of changes took place.  We can say that Vintage Kombucha was born simultaneously with that life-changing event,  when a friend gave us a SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast) as a birthday present for the whole family.

 

Brewing tips were shared, along with all the necessary items needed to brew Kombucha, with the hope of giving us a lifetime gift that was both refreshing and beneficial to our family. Soon after that, we embarked in our own “symbiotic” journey of parenthood and brewing kombucha while juggling in between our regular work schedules and lifestyle.

 

Our brew is hand made and fermented in small batches with attention to detail and quality by our very own medical technologist. Every batch is done with Chlorine, heavy metal and fluoride free filtered water. We use Organic Tea and Organic fruits to produce a RAW, Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO and Organic Product.
